In the way that an artist is drawn to oils or watercolors, a musician to notes and tones, a photographer to light ~ I am drawn to words.

The opportunity to take my time, to put my words down on paper ~ when I do this ~ some essential part of me knows a completion of sorts. To write, whether anyone reads what you write or not ~ is a form of nourishment for some of us. To have people read what you write and to find value in what you have written is such an extraordinary honor and so very humbling.

Moon Path Yoga is a book that I have poured my heart and soul into ~ a map for those who identify as women, or, truly ~ for anyone who looks at the moon and feels a call to deepen their relationship with the moon. To be awake to the moon and her monthly sojourns is a way to remember, to reacquaint with ancient rhythms, the tidal pulse within ~ and in so doing ~ find an exquisite harmony.

Moon Path Yoga : Kundalini Practices and Rituals for Women to Align with the Lunar Cycles is available now on presale. You can find it at any of the links below. I’ve listed Shambhala Publications first as they are wonderful and quite responsible for bringing this book to life!

A sky opens in my heart when I think of you purchasing this book ~ I would love to know your thoughts about Moon Path Yoga and how the moon wisdom sings in your life.
