TUESDAYS: 2:00 - 3:15 pm ~ GENTLE KUNDALINI YOGA
Rooted in the sacred tantric tradition, Gentle Kundalini offers all of the shakti power of any & all kundalini offerings while also recognizing that not all bodies are the same & modifications offer access! On Tuesday afternoons, we come together for mindful flowing vinyasa to prepare the body for the unique wisdom of kundalini kriya and meditation.
This is a practice for life, replete with asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation in transformational combinations to meet you where you are and deliver you to the most radiant, thriving version of you. Gentle Kundalini is your radiant body, living yoga with each breath. Accessible to all levels, offering foundational integrity for beginners as well as expanded horizons of awareness to advanced practitioners.

WEDNESDAYS: 7:00 - 8:00 pm ~ RITUAL OF RELEASE
The gift of 60 minutes centered around releasing stress, tension, distractions, dis-ease & discomfort, Ritual of Release is the mid-week ritual to support your well-being. Each class begins with some gentle stretching & releasing for the physical body and entry into a long, restorative gong song bath.
Often, there is a pranayama practice and / or, a meditation.
Choosing to rest in this day & age is downright radical ~ & a way to choose & commit to your own deep well-being

THURSDAYS: 7:00 - 8:30 pm ~ Warm Kundalini Flow
This class is intentionally warm (not hot) and will definitely deeply satisfy the physical need to move! Accessible to all levels of experience and held at Asheville Yoga Center in downtown Asheville. With 90 full minutes, we have the opportunity to prepare our bodies with flowing vinyasa & mobility movements for the kriya, as well as time to take shavasana with gong & rise up singing (mantra, meditation)
